Standard Shipping to US
We use DHL eCommerce for Standard shipment to the US. DHL eCommerce is DHL standard parcel delivery services, by offering more flexibility and affordable prices to ship lightweight parcels. They specialize in high-volume shipping, partnering with different carriers to handle last-mile delivery (in the US, the USPS handles DHL eCommerce's last-mile delivery). Express shipping to US

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, shipping time may be extended for some of our more popular products that are out of stock, as we are currently behind schedule on the production. Some countries apply duties or VAT on import shipments. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. GRAMS28 will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.

WHAT IF I REFUSE DELIVERY?
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by us, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you purchased any Luxignite product, you have 14 days to arrange a return for refund, exchange .

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
1. Be returned within 7days of your delivery date
2. Be in its original, unused and unaltered 
3. Be returned with original and packaging 

We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Keep in mind, the condition of returned items will be at the discretion of the exchange department upon delivery and items must be in sellable condition to qualify.

HOW TO REURN?
We don't have the ability to generate a return shipping label for international orders. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. In any case you can send your return to the collect points at your cost and we will take care of the rest.

WHAT'S NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

We are not able to offer returns on pre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale". Any product with modifications or with a custom monogram are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Please complete this Return Form before returning your order. And send us an email about the return. We will get back to you with details on where to send the returned items. 

Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. 

For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund, returned orders which we do not receive. 


All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 14 business days from the date of return.Please complete our Return Form and included that in the return package. 

CAN I CANCEL/ CHANGE MY ORDER? 

Orders are cancelable for up to 4 hours after they are placed.

WHAT IF I REJECT THE SHIPMENT?
If your order already shipped before you want to cancel, you can reject the shipment when it arrive and let us know. We will refund you the order amount after reducing any shipping cost including the extra shipping cost for return shipment. 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

We can not change your shipping address after we shipped your order.
